WWTP on turn key basis

Each waste water treatment project has its unique features. Whatever it can be: improvement of the existing facilities or construction of totally new plant, we consider very important from the beginning to find the most comfortable way of Client participation in the project.

Based on ECOS own experience and summarized international experience, we can mark out three basic forms of cooperation, which give the Client opportunity to choose and to allocate us a certain part of the project, and, on the other hand, to avoid any negative impact on achiving the target indices.

BASIC DESIGN

We develop basic design for improvement or new construction project in accordance with Client’s RFP. At this stage all key engineering solutions and our branded know-how are being included in the design. Detailed drawings are elaborated by specialized construction company to be brought by Client. Our obligations also include testing and commissioning of WWTP facilities.

DESIGN AND BUILD

We develop basic and detailed design, perform civil works, supply and install equipment, provide equipment's testing and commissioning, followed by hand-over of improved or newly constructed WWTP to Client. Client’s role includes development of RFP, financing of works, supply of waste water prior to commissioning.

B.O.T.

B.O.T. – is form of cooperation based on real partnership with Client. This project model is well known and successfully implemented all over the world. It includes design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning and project operation during the contracted period of time followed by project hand-over to Client. In this case we are responsible for project financing and cost efficiency.
