Manufacture of branded products

In-house fabrication potential is one of the key factors of successful business offering innovative products and services in water supply and waste water treatment market.

Accumulated negative experience of fabrication branded equipment components from outsourcing, resulted in additional costs and risks, brought ECOS management to conclusion that it is necessary to develop domestic manufacturing potential. In 2005 special site of more, than 20 000 m² area was bought in Novocherkassk, Rostov Province, with the purpose to establish manufacturing plant on it. It was beginning of new phase in Company development.

Today ECOS manufacturing potential looks like group of industrial buildings with modern infrastructure enabling complete cycle of branded equipment fabrication. Package equipment fabrication plant of special design with its 2000 m² indoor space and outdoor mounting area makes possible to carry out flow-line manufacturing of modular type package units.

Special workshop equipped with state-of-the-art welding and turning machines is designated for home fabrication of parts and structures from stainless steel Due to placement of the design office in the manufacturing area Company is able to lower cost of development of new branded equipment and to maintain expedient coordination during application of new engineering and design solutions.

Establishment of warehouse for storage of STP components (parts and units from the best manufacturers) provided another competitive advantage, and gave opportunity to offer Company Clients extremely short terms of supply.

Manufacturing plant includes workshop for fabrication of automatic control system components designated to equip sewage treatment plants and pump stations with home fabricated automatic control cabinets. This helps us to lower self-cost and at the same time to improve the level of automation and operation properties of our products.

In 2010 new workshop was launched for fabrication of items from glass reinforced plastic (GRP). It occupies 1000 m² area and is furnished with high-tech European equipment. GRP fabrication is based on continuous machine winding with glass fiber as reinforcing material combined with polyester resins and additives.
